Dr. David Kroska L.I.F.E. lives for the fullest by those who want to look and feel better to help take lifestyle, food and exercise changes in a program that the obstetrician-gynecologist originally developed with his patients in mind.
The L.I.F.E. (lifestyle, food & exercise) program is an eight-week educational program under the leadership of Kroska which consists of a two-hour seminars that not another fad diet or promise of a quick solution.
I don t think we ve reinvented the wheel, but we ve tried to ensure that our focus is Wellness and longevity, he said. The social issues of obesity, diabetes, and the number of chronic diseases that affect the Americans have skyrocketed over time.
